What this website collects
This website has no patient accounts and no online forms at the moment. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views and taps on chat buttons with Cloudflare Web Analytics and Analytics Engine, without cookies or personal data.
When you contact us
If you chat with us on WhatsApp or LINE, call or email, your message is handled by that service and by our team. We use it only to answer you and arrange your care. Please do not include health details in your first message; our team will ask for what is needed.
Your location
Find a clinic near me uses your location only after you tap Use my location and your browser allows it. Your location stays in your browser to sort our clinics by distance. It is not sent to us or saved.
Maps and links to other services
Maps, directions and reviews open Google Maps. Chat opens WhatsApp or LINE. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request.
