The Patong branch and the doctor-on-call hotline are open 24 hours. Kata–Karon opens daily 09:00–22:00; Kamala and Cherngtalay open daily 09:00–20:00. Times are in Phuket local time.

Can I use my travel insurance?

The claims team can check your policy before treatment. Direct billing depends on the clinic’s agreement with your insurer and approval for your visit. Otherwise, ask about paying first and claiming reimbursement.
